On Sunday

Worship service

Starts at 10:30 a.m.

A nursery room, where you can still see and hear the service, is available for parents with babies.  Nursery care is also provided downstairs during the second half of the service for babies and toddlers.

Children up to grade 5 participate in the first part of the Worship Service and then, following a blessing, leave for Children’s Church. There the gospel message is presented in a manner appropriate to their understanding.

Music is an important part of the worship service. Riverdale Baptist Church has a full voice choir, an orchestra and a worship band. Each of these leads the music on various Sundays in the month. Young people in the congregation can join our Youth Worship Team, which also leads a Sunday service every few weeks.  Other musicians in our congregation are also asked to play during the morning offering.

Adult Sunday School

Starts at 9:15 a.m. during the school year

There is a Ladies’ Class that meets downstairs, and an adult class [open to everyone] that meets in the sanctuary, taught by Dr. Gerry Ewert and Dr. Greg Anderson.
