Dr. Greg Anderson, Senior Pastor

A pastor and a scholar—not to mention a husband, father, grandfather and all-round Yukon outdoorsman. Greg was born and raised a Baptist in Nanaimo, B.C. and has been active in church leadership since he was a teen. After a decade of working in business and government, he responded to Christ’s call to become a pastor. Greg’s passion for knowledge, life, and his heart for people, are truly a gift to the Riverdale Baptist Church family.

Michelle Drewitz, Pastor of Family Ministries

Michelle grew up in Ontario in an active family and has fond memories of playing sports. She actively participated in church life, whether as Sunday School teacher or going to youth group. After University, she lived and worked in Uganda for one year where experiences - both challenging and rewarding - led her to study theology at Regent College in Vancouver. During her time in Vancouver she sensed more strongly a calling into pastoral ministry and became involved with various ministries both at church and in the community. In August 2015, Michelle moved to Whitehorse and is excited to serve the RBC family and explore the outdoors.
